Short answer: HighLevel's LevelUp 2026 runs from Monday 26 to Thursday 29 October 2026 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. The big product reveal, LevelUp Day, is on Tuesday 27 October from 3:30 to 4:45 PM UK time. HighLevel has promised more than 300 features and updates and a first look at its 2027 roadmap, but it has not published the feature list yet. Everything in the rumoured section below is unconfirmed.
LevelUp is the week HighLevel saves its biggest announcements for, and this year the build-up has been louder than usual. Feature lists are already doing the rounds online. Some of them may turn out to be right, but none of them have come from HighLevel's own website, changelog or help docs yet.
So this preview splits things cleanly into three parts: what HighLevel has officially confirmed about the event, what it has already released that you can use today, and what is only rumoured. I will update this post after the reveal.
What HighLevel has confirmed
These facts come straight from HighLevel's own pages:
- Dates and venue: 26 to 29 October 2026 at the Hilton Anatole, Dallas, Texas (LevelUp 2026 event page and HighLevel Events).
- The reveal: LevelUp Day runs on Tuesday 27 October from 10:30 to 11:45 AM Dallas time, according to the official agenda.
- The scale: HighLevel says its co-founders will reveal 300+ features and updates live, and that attendees get the first look at the 2027 roadmap.
- The tease: the Release Radar for the week of 19 October says that week's updates were lighter because LevelUp is coming "with some massive announcements".
Already released: what you can use now
You do not have to wait for Tuesday to get something new. These shipped in the last fortnight, according to HighLevel's own release notes:
- Claude and Gemini models in Conversation AI. HighLevel says you can now pick Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini models per agent, alongside OpenAI, and set a fallback model. - SEO & AEO tab for websites and funnels. A central dashboard to check schema coverage, spot pages with no schema and generate structured data in bulk (Release Radar, 12 October week).
- Social Planner Posts workflow trigger. Start workflows when a social post is submitted for approval, approved, rejected, scheduled, published or fails to publish (HighLevel changelog, 25 October 2026).
Update, 27 October 2026: HighLevel's changelog has since added a batch of CRM features, including calculated fields (private beta), automatic company creation by email domain (now live for everyone) and association labels (Labs). Rumoured, not confirmed
HighLevel has not confirmed any of the features in this section. They come from reports circulating online, described as an affiliate briefing ahead of the event. I have listed them so you know what people are talking about, not because they are guaranteed. Names, details, plans and timings may change or never ship.
The most detailed public version of the list is on an unofficial third-party site (not HighLevel). I have only included what that list names and kept my descriptions short, without pricing or dates, because none of that is official.

What about the community? I checked r/gohighlevel and X before publishing. Most of the chatter this week is about travelling to Dallas, exhibitors and meet-ups. I did not find independent posts confirming the list above, which is another reason to wait for HighLevel's own announcements.
A few of these, like A2P Console and Workflows Map, would matter a lot for agencies that manage texting and big automation builds. How to follow LevelUp from the UK
Dallas is five hours behind the UK this week. UK clocks went back on 25 October and US clocks do not change until 1 November, so the gap is one hour shorter than usual.

What to do before the reveal
- List what you pay for outside GHL. Project tools, helpdesks, navigation workarounds, A2P help. If a native version is announced, you will know straight away what it could replace.
- Set up a test sub-account. New features often land in Labs first. Try them in an internal account before any client sees them.
- Back up your key builds. Save snapshots of your main client setups so you can compare or roll back if a change affects them.
- Do not promise clients anything yet. Wait until a feature is in HighLevel's changelog or help docs and visible in your own account.
- Try what is already out. Test Claude or Gemini on one Conversation AI agent, run the new SEO & AEO tab on your own site, and add a "post failed" alert with the Social Planner trigger.
